Solved! how to update/reinstall Insyde KQ122 bios my laptop is haier 7g-5h

hi everyone can anyone tell me where and how can i update my laptop's bios. My laptop bios seems to have corrupted or not working properly now how can i install or reinstall this bios for my laptop.
I shall be very thankful to you if any one can answer to my problem
My laptop bios version is : INSYDE KQ122.
