how to upgrade from 32 bit to 62 bit

I have downloaded a game of 10 gb it's now asking for 64 bit indeed my computer is acquiring 32 bit i am very fond of playing the game so it's my humble request

1. The proc should support 64 bit
2. Buy a new Windows with 64 bit, delete the old 32 bit completely and install the new 64 bit. AS far as I know, you ca not upgrade the 32 bit Windows to 64 bit windows just like that.

you cant directly upgrade from 32bit to 64, you can only fresh install.
