How to upgrade laptop ssd and ram

Hi!
I have an gigabyte aero 15x and i was thinking about upgrading the ram and m.2 ssd so could you please search up for me the parts that i need it has 2 ram slots(1 free) and 2 m.2 ssd slots (1 free). It says it has one 16gb ram stick(ddr4-2400mhz) and i need another 16 gb ram stick. About the ssd, on the page it says m.2 gen 3 pcie ssd 2000mb/s. So could you find me the pieces(i would like tthe upgrade pieces to have the same specs as the already installed ones)also could you reccomend some relatively cheap and fast usb-c external ssd speed would also be great.
