Hello,
can i upgrade my lenovo thinkpad r61 to gaming laptop?

spec:
window 7
intel core(TM)2 duo
3gb ram
Intel GMA X3100 Dynamic Video Memory Technology 4.0

You can upgrade the RAM or the Hard drive/ssd but to make it a gaming laptop you would need to upgrade the graphics and that cannot be done.

You cannot upgrade a ThinkPad or any other laptop to a gaming laptop. That is because you cannot upgrade the graphics.

Most laptops (about 98%) do not allow you to upgrade the graphics. The exception would be very few expensive gaming laptops that generally costs over $1,500.
