Can't upload your thumbnails on YouTube even after verification? Follow these steps for a simple to fix the problem. This tutorial is for Windows but you can modify the steps on your behalf for other operating systems.
1. Make sure your account is verified, check by going into Creator Studio>Channel>Status and features and beside your name you should see either "verified" or "verify". If its not verified, verify your account.
2. Minimize your browser, and open up your thumbnail photo, preferably as big as possible
3. Open up Snipping Tool or a similar program, and make sure it's in "rectangular snip" mode (To know, just click the arrow facing down beside the "New" button)
4. Screenshot your picture (not the whole screen, just your picture) and save it as a jpeg file
