How to use a webcam on windows 7

i have a windows 7 laptop with camera built in and i want to know how to use the webcam feature

You just need to install some software that utilizes the camera.

You might find the webcam software under drivers/downloads at the manufactures website. Or, download skype, or manycam, etc...

If no manufacturers software (there should be) I usually recommend YAWCAM ...its free..
