How to use an XLR Hum Eliminator

My friend sent me this: http://www.amazon.com/Ebtech-HE-2-XLR-Eliminator-2-Channel-Jacks/dp/B00101WA4C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1449611042&sr=8-1&keywords=ebtech+xlr+hum to help with my ground looping issues and I have no idea how to plug it in.

I have these speakers ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F1DEI8G?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00 ) that have a built in amp, so I just wanted to plug straight into my PC via these cables ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005HGM1D6?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s01 ) but as far as I can tell that's not possible. It just plugs into the device and well... that's it. I assume I need another set of cords? or some special cords? Any ideas?

plug the 1/4" from that adapter into the 1/4" of the hum eliminator, then another 1/4" to 1/4" cable to the speakers.

Anything like those, except anyone that says stereo, you don't want a stereo cable.

okay so just to clarify, get like http://www.amazon.com/Seismic-Audio-SASTSX-6-Guitar-Instrument/dp/B006WAB3I0/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1449625405&sr=8-8&keywords=1%2F4%22+patch+cable for each speaker, plug those into the speakers, take my current cord and go into the hum eliminator>PC and I should be set?
