How to use digital camera as webcam

can fujifilm s2000hd used as webcam?

Probably not unless the manual says so. Some earlier Fuji models did -- but there was no advantage over a regular webcam as the resolution has to be low to work with the internet. Don't fret, webcams are very cheap.
