Now I'm facing a problem.
How can I connect to watch Sony TV using sound of sony home theatre DAV TZ-140?Is there anyone who have happened like that?
Which cable do I need?

You can't. Your DAV is one of those pieces of BS where there are no external inputs, you can play radio and CD/DVD only on it.

If you are crazy enough - you might want to try with "FM Audio Transimtter" - like the ones used in cars to transmit phone audio to the car stereo, but results would be meh...
