how to wire up woofer speaker with computer

Hi,

Actually I love boomy bass sound. so i want to connect dual 10" sub woofer (http/www.ebay.com/itm/10-Raw-Woofer-Speaker-PA-DJ-Replacement-PRO-Audio-8ohm-/131034025778) box with my PC. I have read most of forums on other sites related to my question and got some points. but i am not sure about amplifier/receiver which one should i buy ? so please suggest me a good amp under the least budget.
