How to develop a console application with graphics that would run in windows vista or higher in full screen mode

First of all, to even suggest books for you to read or classes to go to we'd have to know what do you mean by a "console application with graphics", to do what? You talking about a video game, a hardware controller program, what? You just jammed a bunch of generic terms into a sentence that does not really mean anything.

You really don't expect to get a few years of programming jammed into a internet forum post do you?
