How will they run?

I'm looking for a new pc and i have my eye on one. It's a laptop (Yes, you heard me.) I'm still not sure if i'll take this one. I only post this for advice and help.
Specs:
-Intel Core i7 4710HQ
-Nvidia GeForce GTX 850m
-8GB RAM
-1TB HDD
I plan to play games like Battlefield 4, Advanced Warfare, witcher 2 (maybe 3), modded skyrim etc. I prefer FPS over Graphics though i would like it to be a bit fancy :3 Anyway if you could tell me if those specs will be able to run those games at 40-60 FPS or even run it at all, that'd be great.

I'm pretty sure those specs will allow the laptop to run the games at low settings, but I'm not too certain that it'll be 40-60 FPS, maybe around 30
