How would I put a photo into h video

Just wandering on how i would put a photo into a video??

The answer depends on what software you are using to create/edit the video. Most programs have an option to import files. Once you import the picture you can drag it to the timeline.

Im currently using adobe after effects and wanted to make a video about a game. i found out how to put the photo into the video but i still dont know on how i can move the photo as the video goes on

What version of After Effects are you using? I will help you find a tutorial on it. To get to the settings for the picture to move you need to look under the Transform settings The Transform settings can be seen by clicking the arrow to the left of the picture on the timeline. Then click the arrow beside Transform. You will need to use keyframes with Position to move the picture.
