I have a HP 15-AF112NT AMD A8. I want to ask how I can upgradethe hard disk to a SSD ? And does my computer become faster?

You will have to remove the current hard disk and re-install Windows and your applications. That laptop does not offer support for 2 drives.
Yes, your computer will be much more responsive with a SSD installed.
