I have a HP 15-e026sl laptop with 6GB RAM, Windows 10, and AMD Radeon HD 8670M 2GB RAM, 2 years old. Recently I am getting this screen (pic below) at least once a day. Two months ago I disassembled my laptop to clean it, but this problem only started recently. Please help.

Hi,

That seems to be a display problem itself but to be sure please do try these troubleshooting steps.
- First connect an external monitor and see if the same problem persist with it. If it's not happening on the external monitor that means it's the built in display or the cables might be loose. But the same problem is happening with the external display it means the graphics card is damaged.
- There are couple of things you can try to fix the issue if it's the built in display. Open the laptop and make sure that the cable that connects it to the motherboard is well seated.
- If all these troubleshooting steps doesn't work that means it's time to replace the display or contact the manufacturer if it's still under the factory warranty.

Thank you. I will get an external monitor and check. But if it is a graphics card problem, shouldn't my laptop display not work at all??
