Hp 15 runing windows 7 operating system not found

I inserted a hardisk running windows 7 to HP 15 but it display is not found. Pls I need help

You can't just plug in any random drive into a laptop and have it work, you should install Windows 7 on that computer using the setup disk for Windows.
