HP 250 g4

Hello. I just receive a hp 250 g4 laptop. At first i wanted to install win7 on it. But after instaling chipset driver and wireless driver, the laptop started to randomly freeze. (it just hangs, need to power it off and than back on). Then i installed win 10 on it and it looked that it is going to work. But after i installed all the updates from windows update, the computer freezed again. Why is this happening ? Is there a driver issue for this computer ? or is hardware in the computer demaged ?

What can i do ? Can i found out what is causing this hang ups ?

Hi,

Lock ups can be caused by Hardware failure as well. But before you go any further just do a complete factory reset first.

If after the factory reset doesn't fix the issue, I suggest to contact the manufacturer right away for a possible repair/replacement of your laptop since it's not normal for a brand new laptop to have those symptoms.
