Question HP 450 Pro book burnt USB

Hi All.

I pluged the USB cable into a two way radio to program and the screen just died, the laptop never switched on again.

I opened the laptop and found a short on one of the Mosfet transistors when I unsolder the transistor there is a short on the main board.

It is very difficult to trace the tracks.

Is there a circuit diagram available.

(I do 2 way radio repairs so soldering and reading a circuit diagram is no problem )

Laptop designs are not open source, the diagrams would be with HP.

You may need to buy a replacement motherboard or a used working laptop, depending on which generation you have.
