HP boot up problem when installing GPU driver

I have HP pavilion g6 1156ee
I normally clean fan every 6 months or what ever gets noisy in like this time I just removed CPU was my first time and it was cool so I put it back ,then put everything together and power on and it didn't just 1second lights and off
after for matting now i figured that when i install GPU driver starts doing that right away
