Greetings community,

just the other day I left my old nx6325 working under heavy load and when I came back, it overheated and the power supply died. I have tested the AC adapter with another computer, so it has to be the motherboard DC jack.

Since this notebook's warranty had expired and I have pretty much every tool used to repair a PC, I would like to repair it myself. I managed to disassemble it and remove the motherboard, but I can't figure out how to fix (or maybe replace) the DC jack. Can anybody help me out with this?

Thanks for that notice, but I would stay away from buying replacement parts if possible.
