HP Elite book 8460w Protect tool, Security manager exe required

Hi,
Unknowingly uninstalled protect tool security manager program from my HP laptop. I have configured for fingerprint login, now dont know how to change . It is office laptop and I have to make sure everything works properly.

I downloaded exe for Protection tool from HP site for this model but it is not able to install saying error "F:HP/spare key folder not allowed to create" cancelling the installation.

Kindly help. If there is customer support id, pls let us know.

Right-click the "exe" file for the Protection Tool installer and choose "Run as administrator" (that's assuming it's running Windows 7).
