Hello team,
My HP laptop won’t start
black screen, Caps-lock and F10 blinking for 5 times.
after that the fan start with full speed and power.
I tried to remove the battery, RAM Nothing worked.
can I get support for this issue please.

Sounds like a dead motherboard, fan going full speed is very often a sign of that.
