HP ENVEY 7640 All-in-one printer - Ink left but HP wants me to sign up for Auto delivery :(

I have ink in the cartridges and they say that my ink is low and will not print - I have had these brand new cartridges for 15 days. and can see that my color cartridge is 100% full - HP keeps saying that to start buying it from them and to start the Auto delivery - I believe they are counting the sheets of papers I print since it's Wifi -
Anyone else have any of these problems and what to do?
