Question HP Envy 17" Will Not Power Up

Hi, New to the forum, I have a HP Envy 17" Windows 11 64 bit. It has been working fine until this weekend. The laptop will not power up. When you press the power button it flashes twices quicky and goes out. When depressed again the power button light stays on for 3 seconds and goes out. Battery charged to full, still no change. I removed the battery did the hard reset. No help, I pulled the battery and and used just the only the power cord same results. Any clue on might be the culiprit?
