I have a backlight problem with my
HP laptop and I have heard mixed things from other threads I have read. Some say the backlight needs to be replaced because it is broken, while others say it's a bad connection and/or cable.
I do not think my backlight is burnt out or broken. It's a relatively new laptop ( about a year old) and the backlight seems to be picking and choosing when it doesn't want to work. I used my laptop today just fine for 4-5 hours. Now (3 hours later) it won't turn on and I can barely see my screen. Any insight at all would be greatly helpful!
