I attempted a factory reset on my laptop running windows 10 it was interrupted it got unplugged and now it gives me an error the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered a problem an em expected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click ok to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.
