power flashed overnight when I got up this morning got a error message said no operating system . try doing a system restore which didn't work. So tried factory reset during the process lost power to computer now when it comes back on it says. boot device not found please install operating system then (3fo) is my Windows program gone or can this be fixed. Computer doesn't have a CD DVD Drive and don't have Restore Disk please help

Hi,

Did you connect your laptop to its AC adapter while you're doing the factory reset with it? If you just used the built in Factory Image to reset your laptop that means it could also be corrupted already. You can reinstall Windows using a bootable USB or order a System Recovery USB from HP.
