HP Laptop is blank, tried multiple troubleshooting steps, help!

Hello my favorite community!

I have an HP 15-af113cl HP Laptop Specs and the screen recently stopped working.

I have tried hard restarting and using hdmi + f4 on external screen and it doesn't work.

You can also hear the fans spinning and everything come on.

The ram and everything else is seated properly.

The Site Survey worker had mentioned it just "stopped working" all of a sudden.

Any ideas!?

Try unplugging from wall and pulling the battery. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds. Put it all back and try again. Good luck!

tried this earlier and no luck! 🙁

I would open the back up and check if that graphics card is seated (plugged in ok ) correctly . As it only uses 20 watts chances are it hasn't burnt out.
