hp laptop won't stay on fullscreen

I have a HP windows 8 laptop and no matter what site I use, whether it's a facebook game a youtube video or watchinh programs online. When I click full screen every five or ten minutes it goes back to regular size. How can I stop this?

I suspect it's a power management setting. Try the solutions here and if none help we can pursue further diagnosis.
