For those games, you will not want either an A10 or an i5 without a separate video card. For a gaming system to run BF4 or Crysis at past lowest settings, you need about a $1,000 USD laptop. For your budget you can probably get a used 1 or 2 yr old laptop that will run things well.

An A10 based laptop is OK to run games at low settings with some lag in modern games, but it's not good for someone that want a laptop for gaming.

I am using this laptop and have played Battlefield 4 , battlefield 3, COD ghost , COD modern warfare 2 , Crysis 2. These games in low to medium settings run well. I will advise you to use a laptop cooling pad as AMD powered laptops are infamous for heating issues while playing games .But if you want a dedicated gaming laptop u better look for a more sturdy one with high end gaming capacity.
