I have changed battery and power cord. It won't turn on.

HP Pavilion 15 ab292nr with Windows 10. No LED on. Whe. I plug in power cord, there is no light that goes on. I have bought a new batterie as well. Nothing happens. It just will not turn on

If your warranty is still good, use it, the problem could be one off the three components, the charging chip, the KBC chip or the DC jack.
