Question HP Pavilion DV4 2100 overheating?

I have an HP Pavilion DV4 2100, a few months back it started overheating and kept on shutting down. Got its fan repaired but even after that the issue is still there, rendering the laptop unusable. Is there any fix ?

Its an old laptop and fresh thermal [paste] was also applied.
