HP Pavilion G7 2243us Overheating

Hi. My Laptop keeps overheating. I got it in 2012, and its showing its age. The AMD A-8 APU with AMD Radeon HD built-into the CPU. The fan goes at Low when at Desktop. With chrome open, it goes to Med-Low. When watching youtube, it goes to Med-High. When playing old games, its High. When playing New games 1999-2016 it goes up to Loud-Jet. We have never cleaned it, and I dont want to open it or vaccum it because I heard that vac's do something to the laptop and kill it. I don't wanna use compressed air because I don't have any. (yeah, I don't buy stuff.) I ran Ubuntu, but it got WORSE. It used to be worse on Windows 8, but I upgraded to 10. Right after I updated it, the fan was fixed, then it went back to loud. Also the RAM gets hot, too. I would like help.

You don't want to vacuum it. You don't want to disassemble it to clean it. You don't want to use compressed air.
But you want help.

You're in the wrong place for the sort of help you need, LOL...

I could use a vacuum. But how can I fix it without killing it?
