HP Pavilion G7 Fan is too loud.

When I turned on my HP pavilion g7 laptop the fan was going crazy. I've replaced the fan but still, going crazy.Help!

how old is the laptop & have you cleaned the fan & heatsink?

Ive had it sence 2012. I didn't clean it and I don't want to open it.

Earplugs?

give it a blast of air but prevent if possible the fan from spinning as fan can be damaged.
