hp pavilion no charge

please my hp pavilion dv7,I plug the charger,but the charging led blinking,but if I press the power it will bring power to the other led but immediately it will shutdown,and the bettery icon it show like the bettery no charging.Then I remove the bettery and swicth it on but no power come up,then I plug back the bettery,the charging led blinking,please help me with guid

If it's shutting down even on wall power, try a new charger. If that does not work, the model laptop you have tends to have issues with the motherboard (the video chip specifically), that may need to be replaced.
