Question HP Pavillion Wifi Limited

My HP Pavillion was quite smooth last 2 years. Since a month there was a problem with Wifi. After log in for a small time it will be normal as any other laptop but the wifi will turn from Connected to Limited within 4-5 minutes from login. My internet connection is from Etisalat-UAE which is functioning properly in my office laptop, mobiles etc. I did troubleshooting suggested by many sites viz opening device manager uninstall (without checking in the box provided) and later refresh to normal. Another is some commands through dos etc etc
But it will work smooth for few minutes may be even 15 minutes but may turn back to limited again. I am confused if it is a hardware problem since im hearing abnormal fan sound from inside computer almost same period. Thanks in advance for a perfect guidance in the matter

does the laptop work smooth if an ethernet cable is connected to the internet box (while wifi is turned off)?
