HP problems

I opened my HP laptop, unlocked it, only to find a blue screen, no error messages or anything. This is a new computer, I tried using the shortcuts that I found in other posts but stickykeys wouldn’t load and everything else just wouldn’t work. If you have anything I could try please tell me.
