Hi, I recently ungraded my unit to windows 10. Since I upgraded it, my unit will not come out of hibernation.

The battery is fully charged and the power switch will flash very occasionally. Apart from this the unit appears to be dead!

Could you tell me please if there is a procedure that I should use to wake it up???

With this model I can't access the battery...

Solution
Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Do a hard reboot, unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds the see if it will boot up normally.
- If it will load up normally try making some changes to Power Options.
- Right click on the battery icon and select Power Options.
- Click on Change plan settings then Change advanced power settings.
- Expand Sleep and set Allow hybrid sleep to OFF and Hibernate after to NEVER and click Apply and OK.
- Test your laptop and see if that will solve the issue.
