I have an HP v220W 8GB pendrive, it is not being detected in my Philips sound machine. What to do now. Its working in laptop

It's likely the sound machine doesn't rrecognise the NTFS format of the disk if it was made in a Windows system. If it's intended future use is in the Philips machine, take it back to Windows and format it in FAT32.

It's not a an irreversible process so if it fails, you can change it back.
