HTML shut down

As part of a class I'm taking, I need to build a website with custom HTML coding. My goal is to shut down the computer accessing the website. How would I do this? Is this possible with different languages?

We generally do not help with homework here.

Anything that can shut down a computer from a website would be a problem for most users and browsers.

At one point websites could run things like this, but now most browsers will not allow local code like that.
