huge performance drop

My pc has been running fine until recently about last night I logged off for a bit and came back
when I got back I opened my pc and my graphics have gone from high on 30-60 fps to low on 20-30 fps, its not just that game though because in other games I have had fps and graphics drops aswell please help

i dont know much about cpu overheating but the graphics start off bad even before the game has warmed up
