Solved! Hyper Cloud X Flight headset sound too low

I just picked up this headset for use with the Series X. After having to change from astro a50 generation 1 because of no compatibility with the series X this set at max volume sounds about half the A50's. Is there some type of setting I can change? im using the windows sonic decoder.

Did you try with the sonic disabled? There are several volume settings, including on the headset, did you check for all of those? In the application you are using, Windows audio settings, the volume on the headset, etc... If all of those don't work, check with HyperX support.
