Question 7.1 surround headset volume low when driver is installed

hello so i have this 7.1 surround headset volume that i got since 2018 iirc (sades wolfang if it's necessary) and it needs to download a driver to enable the 7.1 surround and i had some problems using this before such as that time i tested my mic on steam/steam games and my sound is reduced extremely low usually uninstall and reinstalling the driver works but this time i bought some kind of usb hub (orico usb hub) im using a laptop so i plugged my headset usb to the usb hub port and when i tested it i played a random vid on youtube and i just realize that the volume is extremely low i tried uninstall and reinstalling the driver but it doesn't work i unplugged the usb hub and plugged my headset to my laptop's usb hub instead and it's still low but when i uninstalled and using the headset without the driver the volume's perfectly fine even when im using the usb hub port but then again the sound's so low when i installed the driver and i've tried checking the "do nothing" in the communications tab on sound settings and apply but it still doesn't work.

so please people if u know some information to help me fix this problem i'd really appreciate it thanks

Which Sade Wolfang headset model is it?

Did you install the latest driver from the manufacturer´s site?

thanks for replying and yes i can adjust the volume on the driver but it's just the same like when you control the volume on the headset's/keyboard's button and when my sound quality is so low even max volume is not enough yes i downloaded the driver from the manufacturer's site
and yeah my sades wolfang model is SA-901

I forgot to mention that i've tried disabling all enchancements but still no luck and my headset's spatial sound is always off i never tried to plug it in a different laptop/pc since i only have one laptop and i don't think i can test it on my family's laptops such as my sister cause they're using it for works

Well damn i guess my problem is a rare one and is difficult to fix
