HyperX Cloud 2 Firmware Update Issue

Hello guys, i just got a new Hyperx Cloud2 headset and had the same issue everybody had with the mic volume adjustment. I found out that a firmware update fixes it but when i try to install the update "CloudII_FW_Update_0005" i get an error saying that another instance of the application is already running. Tried restarting the PC, running in admin mode, compatibility mode. Nothing worked.

I am running windows 10.

If anybody has the same problem i found a solution.Go in windows safe mode and install the update.
