HyperX Cloud Stinger mic is too quiet

For my voice, my microphone is too quiet, however, when my friends are talking they can hear their voices loud and clear through the mic, and my push to talk sound when I go to speak. I don't see what the issue is, but they can only hear me when I basically have my microphone in my mouth, none of this ever happened with my old headphones and I'm thinking about just requesting a refund as I got these only today and am already disappointed.

I've tried that, makes the background noise louder apparently but my friend still cannot hear me.

Not just in a certain game, this happens in Discord as well, which is very very annoying.

so you use discord them in game set mic to push to talk and raise the output volume in the audio panel in the game after apply these .
