i accidently removefd ralink from my HP windows 8 desktop how do I get it back

I went to remove outfox TV & accidently removed ralink (which I think came with my desktop) as it was next to outfox I tried hitting the cancel button once it started but it wouldn't let me cancel. Will doing a system restore fix it?

It's part of the wireless adapter software install. Your OS has a built in piece, so you don't really need it. If you really want it back, just reinstall the wireless adapter software.
