I have read this answers and do not see if the solution worked for anyone. My husbands laptop is the same way. Mine works, the tablet works & the phone works. only his laptop has the issue. He has a HP 15=r030wmRev; 2213-100
I have done the config thing and get the same thing the other person did. says the media is disconnected. Does anyone have any idea's on what to do next?

Hi,

If you're getting a "Media Disconnected" error when you did ipconfig that could only mean that the laptop is not connected to your wireless network. Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.

- If it doesn't work press "fn+F11" at the same time, this enable/disable the wifi adapter of the laptop.
- Lastly, do run System...
