I am installing a printer but it will not be detected

[1] Goto Printers (Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Printers).
[2] Right Click in the window and select Add a printer. The popup window should now appear.
[3] Click Add a local printer.
[4] Click Next.
[5] Click Have Disk.
[6] Browse to the location of folder you (See step 1).
[7] Click Open and then OK.
