I had same problem couple days ago and somehow my headset glitched out and it was setted on mono mode (i had this one with bluetooth but this setting can mess around with everything so try this) if it does'nt work try it on different devices with different settings and also check if jack (cable if you use it) is ok because damaged jack can do lot of different things like change sound quality, sound lag spikes, this half woring headphones, or it don't work at all
