i am unable to download amazon prime app to my UA40F6400 series.

My Samsung Model number is UA40F6400 Smart Led, I am unable to download Amazon Prime app.

Maybe it's not compatible with that set. Even though it is a "smart" TV, unless it has specific apps for it, you can't just install anything. Although I think my LG TV has Amazon on it, so not sure why a Samsung would not.
